We are not just another catered chalet company, food is our love. Graeme, your Chef, has over 20 years experience in Rosette and fine dining establishments, along with boutique hotels and luxury barges, and creates gourmet meals from breakfast through to dinner. Passionate and inventive, Graeme will give you a fine-dining experience in a relaxed, friendly chalet environment.

We want to indulge you throughout the day, and this begins with the most important meal, breakfast. You will be offered a selection of cereals, teas, yoghurts and preserves with freshly baked croissants, along with a special cooked option. After a long day on the slopes, return to the chalet to a wonderful home-made cake or other sweet delight.

The real dining experience however begins in the evening, where canapés will be served with drinks by the fire, followed by an unforgettable, beautifully prepared fine dining menu, plus a special Savoyard meal one evening to really give you a taste of the region.

We work with local suppliers to bring you the freshest seasonal dishes, and local sommeliers each season to find the perfect wine to match the main event of each evening meal. We are exceptionally proud of our wine selection, which also extends to a choice of delicious house wines. At any time during your stay, if there is something that you cannot live without, then let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.
